What is a Centrifugal Casting Machine?

A centrifugal casting machine, also known as a centrifugal casting equipment or centrifugal casting machinery, is a device that pours molten metal into a rotating mold. Under the influence of centrifugal force, the filling and solidification process occurs, resulting in a metal casting.

This machine is mainly used for casting various tubular parts, such as the preliminary pipe structure in the production of rolls, water pipes and gas pipes made of gray cast iron or ductile iron, with diameters ranging from 75 millimeters to 3000 millimeters. Additionally, it can cast large-diameter copper rollers used in paper machines, various carbon steel and alloy steel pipes, as well as double-layer steel rolls with different materials for the inner and outer layers.
