Installation Details for Cement Pipe-Making Machine
1. When laying the pipes, ensure the inner walls are level and smooth, and that the inside of the pipes is clean, free of debris, and without excess mortar or other foreign materials.
2. When preparing to install the equipment, use a string line to control and align the installation axis.
3. Additionally, all pipe sections should be laid according to the specified slope as shown in the axis and drawings.
4. During the installation of the pipe sections, we must use manual labor to assist the excavator, starting from the downstream, and ensure the joints face upstream.
5. Ensure that each section of the culvert pipe is tightly attached to the foundation, ensuring even distribution of force on the pipe sections.
