As the summer temperatures rise, high heat can cause various equipment to malfunction during operation. When using cement pipe-making machinery in the summer, attention should be given to the following issues:

1. Cooling of Equipment: The high temperatures during operation can generate excess heat, which may affect the lifespan of the equipment. Ensure proper cooling measures are in place, and position the equipment in a shaded, well-ventilated area to reduce the damage caused by high temperatures.

2. Storage of Cement: Do not expose cement to direct sunlight. When cement is kept under high temperatures, its strength may degrade. Therefore, cement should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from excessive heat.

3. Concrete and Plaster Work: If concrete or plaster is exposed to the sun immediately after application, its strength will decrease due to the evaporation of moisture. Before construction, ensure that the base layer is thoroughly cleaned and moistened. After construction, cover the surface properly and carry out watering and curing according to the required standards.

4. Rain and Moisture Protection: Summer often brings more rainfall, so it's essential to protect cement products from moisture and exposure to rain. Cement that becomes damp and hardens may lose or significantly reduce its original strength. Cement that has become damp or lumpy should be screened before use.
